Is this a family friendly property?

What is the best airport to fly into?

Naples Municipal Airport – 10 mins away from property
RSW (Fort Myers) Airport – 40 mins away from property
PGD (Punta Gorda) – 60 mins away from property
FLL (Fort Lauderdale) – 90 mins away from property

Do you have laundry facilities on-site?

Yes

What is your cancellation policy?
You have 48 hours to cancel your reservation from the time of booking for a full refund. After that you have up to seven (7) days to cancel with a 50% refund. Once your reservation has been booked beyond the seven (7) days no cancellations will receive a refund.

We will be unable to make credit or cancellation exceptions due to weather delays or disruptions. We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance due to possible weather shifts and storm progressions.

Should COVID 19 affect your future travel plans, Bayshore Inn and Docks cancellation policy will apply.

Can I smoke?
We are a non-smoking resort.
Can I bring my pet?
Dogs are allowed for an additional $95.00 pet fee you can add at time of booking. No more than 2 dogs are allowed. Should there be any damage to the room additional fees will apply.
What time is check in and check out?
Check in is at 4:00 p.m.
Check out is at 11:00 a.m.
Note: Early check in is available for an additional $25.00 for a 2:00 p.m. check in (we do our best to accommodate)
How far is Bayshore Inn and Docks from the beach?
We are a 10 minute drive to Lowdermilk Park or Naples Pier
Marco Island is a 30 minute drive
